The front shows Tigranes II diademed and draped, facing right, wearing a jeweled tiara with starburst between eagles; bead-and-reel border / The back depicts Tyche seated on a rock with palm frond in hand, river god Orontes swimming before her; Θ in field, HΔ monogram at base, inscription BAΣIΛEΩΣ / TIΓPANOY (“King Tigranes”) to sides. Coin reference: Kovacs 74.2; AC 31 for type. Encapsulated and graded Choice XF (5/5, 3/5, brushed) by NGC. Coin measures 28mm, weighs 15.69g; archival slab size: 3.125" x 2.125" x 0.375”.
